Özlem Tanır Bozdoğan completed her undergraduate education in Istanbul University Faculty of Law. She has concentrated her works especially in the areas of the Real Estate law, Energy Law, Corporate and Contract law, Labor Law and Enforcement and Bankruptcy
Law. Besides, in the public-private cooperation projects within the framework of the Build Operate Transfer model, she has worked in the processes concerning the performance of the tender and project activities and project financing. Ms. Bozdoğan, with various certificates in the areas of Energy Law, Labor Law and Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association.
